6th Annual UMass Film Festival

On April 2011, UVC-TV 19 will be hosting its 6th Annual UMass Film Festival in the Cape Cod Lounge at the Student Union.  The UMass Film Festival is a free event in which students have the opportunity to have their films presented to a live audience.

This year, we will show film entries in the following category:

• Narrative - a linear, straightforward film presentation of a story
• Documentary - a film that presents a version of events that viewers are intended to take not as a work of imagination but primarily as fact.
• Experimental - describes a range of filmmaking styles that are generally quite different from, and often opposed to, the practices of mainstream commercial and documentary filmmaking.

Once you understand the rules, fill out the entry form and bring it down to our office located in the basement of Student Union, Rm. 216 (near the Hatch and Billiards).
